Field Machinist

 

Tefol currently have a vacancy for a trade qualified field Machinist within the Hunter Valley, Central Coast & selected country areas of NSW.

 

In this role you will be responsible for fabricating components using both manual lathes and mills. You will be required to read drawings, participate in design modifications and maintain your machinery in good working

order.

 

Due to the specialised field you will be working in, your job runs will be short and as a result your work will be varied and challenging. Working within a close knit team you must be able to pull your weight and contribute consistently to everyone's overall performance.

 

Remuneration with be negotiated according to experience and there is regular overtime available.

 

 

Tefol a mine service company is based in Rutherford, with branches in Sydney & Singleton, undertakes various long term maintenance contracts for the Construction & Mining Industries within the Hunter Valley, Central Coast & selected country areas of NSW.  Our continued growth, from our reputation for an efficient & reliable service, together with successful tenders for mine contracts, has resulted in electricians trade positions becoming available.

 

A strong commitment to safe work practices, excellent team skills & good time management are essential, with previous experience working on heavy equipment an advantage.
